            Install DeepPhenotypicMapping

            This research was done using an Anaconda Python Environment, using conda 4.5.11. A environment file is provided, specifying the package versions used in this analysis. Analysis was done in Ubuntu 18.04. Packages may be installed using the command conda env create -f=environment.yml. A shell script is provided to setup the environment, run any and all code and compile any reports and analysis. Data is not provided at this repository and will have to be downloaded seperately.
